At Lucknow Indian Cuisine, we believe every meal should tell a story. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Lucknow – the 'City of Nawabs' – we bring the royal Awadhi tradition to the heart of Madrid.

The City That Inspired Us
Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh in Northern India, has been a centre of culture, art, and gastronomy for centuries. Under the Nawabs of Awadh, the city developed a unique culinary tradition that combined Persian sophistication with Indian spice traditions.
This produced iconic dishes like Dum Biryani, Galouti Kebab, and the slow-cooked gravies that define Awadhi cuisine. Our menu is a tribute to this legacy – every dish carries a piece of Lucknow's soul.
We opened our doors in Madrid to share this magnificent food culture with Spain, creating a place where the flavours of Northern India could be experienced at their most authentic.
